By using the website you accept these terms. They do not govern use of the Panoperty application, which is provided under separate client agreements.

The website provides general information about Panoperty and related regulatory topics. It is not legal, regulatory, financial, investment, credit or valuation advice, and it does not create a client relationship. You should obtain professional advice before acting on any information on the website.

Nothing on the website is a valuation, an automated valuation, a statement of the value of any property, or an assurance that any institution's processes comply with any law or regulation, including Regulation (EU) No 575/2013.

3. Demonstration data

Queues, asset records and evidence examples shown on the website are synthetic demonstration records. They do not relate to any real property, borrower, loan or lender.
