Panoperty is a product of Govalgo Limited (GOVALGO LIMITED, Company No. 667502, VAT No. 3716719WH, registered in Ireland). Govalgo Limited is the controller of personal data collected through panoperty.com. This notice covers this website only. Personal data processed within the Panoperty application for clients is governed by the agreements with those clients.

Please do not submit loan-level, borrower or other portfolio data through the enquiry form. We do not use the data described here for automated decision-making.

Cookies and local storage

  • Your consent choice is stored in your browser's local storage (key pp-analytics-consent) so that we do not ask on every page. It is strictly necessary to respect your choice.
  • Google Analytics cookies (names beginning _ga) are set only if you accept analytics. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer.
  • Enquiry form. The assessment form is provided by involve.me and loads on the portfolio assessment page. The provider may use cookies or similar technologies needed to operate the form.

Who we share data with

We use service providers who process personal data on our behalf under contract:

  • involve.me, which provides the enquiry form;
  • Google, which provides Google Analytics (only if you consent);
  • our website hosting provider; and
  • the email and business software providers we use to receive and manage enquiries.

We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data where required by law.

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep data

  • Enquiry data: for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and any follow-up discussion, and no longer than necessary after our last contact unless a business relationship follows.
  • Analytics data: for the retention period configured in our Google Analytics account.
  • Server logs: for the period our hosting provider retains them for security and operational purposes.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that took place before withdrawal. To exercise these rights, contact us as described above.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Ireland this is the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).

We will update this notice when our practices change and revise the date at the top of the page.
